Tour our Luxury Homes at the 2026 Parade of Homes
It’s time once again for the 2026 Triangle Parade of Homes, known as the Triangle’s Largest Open House. It’s an intimate way to get to know more about new home construction, and the innovative designs, products and technology that are going into today’s homes. We’re proud to have three homes included this year.
The Home Builders Associations of Raleigh-Wake and of Durham, Orange & Chatham Counties are hosting this year’s Parade, which takes place October 3 – 4, October 9 – 11, and October 16 – 18 from noon to 5:00 PM. This free event is a self-guided tour taking you through a wide variety of homes in varying price ranges. Whether you’ve started your home search or are still gathering ideas, the Parade is a wonderful way to find plenty of inspiration – and maybe your own new home!
