This annual awards event highlights the work taking place locally – and mirrored across the nation – by home builders and the real estate industry to help clients find their ideal homes. The MAME Awards recognizes standout achievements in design, marketing, sales, and innovation. The event is hosted by the Triangle Sales and Marketing Council, which is recognized throughout the industry and certainly in the Triangle area. These prestigious awards mirror the National Association of Home Builders’s National Sales and Marketing Council’s Awards, and have become the equivalent of the Academy Awards of new homes sales and marketing.
There are 45 categories, ranging from architectural design to marketing campaigns, that make up the MAME Awards, and this year Hearthstone took home awards in three significant categories:
• Best Product Design for a Detached Home with a Sales Price of $2,500,000+ for The Oberlin
• Best Custom Home Design for a home priced $2,500,000 to $3,000,000 for The Alexandria
• Building Company of the Year, Level 1, Volume 1 to 25 Total Homes Closed
