Home Building Process

If they don’t already have a homesite we are building in several communities throughout the Triangle and can assist them in finding the perfect homesite. Or if they already have a lot, we can help them determine the best way to build their home on that lot.

They can draw inspiration from our existing home designs or work with our in-house architecture team to create a 1 of a kind custom home.

They will work with the guidance of our interior designers to make their interior selections throughout the home. This step does have some overlap with construction.

Once they approve their home design, construction can start! We scheduled several construction walks and meetings throughout the process to keep them informed.

Once construction is completed, they walk through the home with the Construction Manager to determine if there are any issues that need to be corrected before move-in.

This is primarily to confirm all items from the first walk have been addressed before handing them the keys to their new home.

They move into their gorgeous new custom home!
